More than birth support. I'm here for YOU.

Having a baby is a BIG deal. It's exciting, overwhelming, beautiful, and it can feel a little scary. You deserve someone in your corner who will listen without judgment, help you understand your options, cheer you on, and remind you that you don't have to figure everything out on your own.

That's what I'm here for.

Here's what we're in for together:

Before baby arrives

We'll get to know each other, talk through your concerns, explore evidence-based information, and prepare for the birth experience you want. You'll have space to ask questions, discuss your options, and build confidence advocating for yourself.

When it's go time

I'll provide continuous support throughout labor and delivery with comfort measures, positioning suggestions, encouragement, and a steady presence. Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, hoping for an epidural, or keeping your options open, I'll meet you where you are.

Your partner or chosen support people are part of the team, too. I don't replace them — I empower them to feel confident supporting you.

After baby arrives

I'll stay for 1–2 hours after birth to help you get comfortable and settle into those first moments together. If you'd like, I can also help with breastfeeding. Then we'll reconnect for a postpartum visit to check in on how you're healing, how you're adjusting, and what support you might need.
